- Nottingham Forest have kept 12 Premier League clean sheets this season
- Southampton have scored twice in their last six home league matches
- Leicester have lost 12 of their last 13 league games

With leaders Liverpool otherwise engaged at the Carabao Cup final against Newcastle, Arsenal will hope they can make up some ground by beating Chelsea, who have their own top-four ambitions, on Sunday.

Everton vs West Ham (Saturday, 3pm)

Everton have improved under the guidance of returning manager David Moyes, but they have drawn four of their last five matches and could be held again by West Ham who need to prove their season is not over following their home defeat to Newcastle on Monday.

Score prediction: Everton 1-1 West Ham

Ipswich vs Nottingham Forest (Saturday, 3pm)

Nottingham Forest kept their 12th clean sheet of the Premier League season in beating champions Manchester City last time out.

The Tricky Trees should be able to see off an Ipswich side that are in deep relegation trouble and have won just three times in the top flight this season.

Score prediction: Ipswich 0-2 Nottingham Forest

Manchester City vs Brighton (Saturday, 3pm)

Manchester City’s season is petering out now they have just the FA Cup to play for and they may not have enough to get past Brighton, who have to be respected after winning six of their last eight league outings.

Score prediction: Manchester City 1-1 Brighton

Southampton vs Wolves (Saturday, 3pm)

This has been a disastrous season for Southampton and the Saints have scored just two goals in their last six home league games, which does not bode well for a visit from Wolves, who should be buoyed by their recent league win at Bournemouth.

Score prediction: Southampton 0-2 Wolves

Bournemouth vs Brentford (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Bournemouth have enjoyed a fine campaign but they have lost their last two home games in the league against Liverpool and Wolves and they may have to settle for a point against Brentford, who have won their last four away matches.

Score prediction: Bournemouth 1-1 Brentford

Arsenal vs Chelsea (Sunday, 1.30pm)

Arsenal suffered their first league home defeat of the season last time out against West ham, but they should expect to get back to winning ways at the Emirates against Chelsea, who have failed to win their last six league games on their travels.

Score prediction: Arsenal 2-1 Chelsea

Fulham vs Tottenham (Sunday, 1.30pm)

Fulham have struggled to get over the line on their own patch lately with one win in their last seven at Craven Cottage, so Tottenham should be confident they can build on away victories at Brentford and Ipswich.

Score prediction: Fulham 1-2 Tottenham

Leicester vs Manchester United (Sunday, 7pm)

Leicester’s campaign has been a real struggle and with 12 losses in their last 13 league games and six straight showings without scoring, this should be straightforward for Manchester United, despite their own problems.

Score prediction: Leicester 0-2 Manchester United
