There are eight games on the Premier League card this Saturday, which is double the number played seven days ago — here are our expert writers' top selections for each of those fixtures.

Leicester vs Man City (Saturday, 12.30pm)

A run of three wins and a draw in their last five games does not mean that Leicester are back to their best given that all three victories came against opponents from the bottom three.

But a run of four clean sheets in their last five outings — albeit to considerably weaker opponents — does give reason to believe the Foxes can keep things tight in the early stages.

However, the Citizens' clear quality advantage should eventually make the difference and the draw/Manchester City half-time/full-time double result could pay at 11/4 with LiveScore Bet.

Bournemouth vs Tottenham (Saturday, 3pm)

Injury issues and a loss of confidence brought about by back-to-back defeats could derail the hosts with Spurs desperate to pick up the winning thread again after a difficult couple of weeks.

Harry Kane's superb record against the Cherries sets him out above any other as the standout goalscoring threat in a game which Spurs will try to get through in a businesslike fashion ahead of the Marseille trip next week.

Brentford vs Wolves (Saturday, 3pm)

Brentford can generally be trusted in front of their own fans — and even more so against a toothless Wolves side who look utterly devoid of confidence.

Brighton vs Chelsea (Saturday, 3pm)

Graham Potter's Chelsea side, while not looking great, have been getting the job done and Roberto De Zerbi's Brighton have played well while remaining winless.

But those runs cannot go on forever as there is a large element of fortune swinging things in opposite directions for the two managers.

Whatever the recent results, a trip to the Amex remains a seriously tough test for any visitor and, with these two clubs having drawn four of their last five meetings, it would be no surprise to see another stalemate at 11/5 via LiveScore Bet.

Crystal Palace vs Southampton (Saturday, 3pm)

Crystal Palace's blip last weekend at Everton could say more about their lack of depth in midfield than offer any hint of a downturn — it is telling that in Cheick Doucoure's only absence this season Palace's midfield suddenly looked a mess.

With Doucoure back, the Eagles should return to their reliable former selves and continue beating the lesser visitors to Selhurst Park — back the Eagles at 10/11 with LiveScore Bet.

Newcastle vs Aston Villa (Saturday, 3pm)

Aston Villa have an awful record away to Newcastle and look destined to suffer against an in-form team that have picked up a joint league-high 13 points across the last five Premier League rounds.

Newcastle are a much better side now than they were when won the corresponding fixture 1-0 at St James' Park last February while Villa have regressed and seem unlikely to stop the Magpies — back Eddie Howe's men at 10/13 for the win via LiveScore Bet.

Fulham vs Everton (Saturday 5.30pm)

Last week's 3-0 win over Palace saw Frank Lampard's team find a new dimension in their attacking play with clever use of width and pressing from the front.

Fulham have also been aggressive front-foot pressers of possession-based sides, which could make for a hectic clash with plenty of chances and a few goals.

Aleksandar Mitrovic and Dominic Calvert-Lewin could both find opportunities come their way in a clash that produces over 2.5 goals — available to back at 4/5 via LiveScore Bet.

Liverpool vs Leeds (Saturday, 7.45pm)

Virgil van Dijk has scored twice previously against Leeds

Liverpool could not have hand-picked a better opponent against which to build up their confidence levels after last weekend's ugly setback against Nottingham Forest.

There might be another hiding awaiting Jesse Marsch's men here with Mohamed Salah back on song and Virgil van Dijk out to make amends for his incredible miss at the City Ground last week.
